Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter
1 cup brown sugar
1 egg
2 tsp vanilla
2 3/4 c Homemade Bisquick
1/2 cup chocolate chips *see notes
1/2 cup peanut butter chips *see notes
extra chocolate and peanut butter chips for the top of the cookies
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Use a mixer to cream the butter and brown sugar until it is light and
fluffy.

Add the egg and vanilla to the mixing bowl. Mix until well
combined.

Add the Bisquick mix to the wet ingredients and blend on low
speed. Then stir in the chocolate chips and peanut butter chips,
reserving a few to place on top.
2 3/4 cup Bisquick Pancake & Baking Mix,1/2 cup chocolate
chips,1/2 cup peanut butter chips
Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto ungreased cookie sheets. Press
a few chocolate chips or peanut butter chips on top of the cookies.

Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes until the edges are set
and the cookies are golden brown.
Let them cool on the baking sheets for 5 minutes. Then place them
on cooling racks.
Notes

● These are also great with all chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, toffee chips or whatever kind you like best!

● Soften the butter before starting baking.

● Pressing extra chocolate chips into the top of the cookies makes
them look amazing after baking
