Ingredients:
2 1⁄2 C Cornmeal mix
1 1⁄4 c milk
1 egg
1⁄4 c oil if shortening wasn't used in main mix
Directions:
Preheat oven 425 butter muffin pan. Combined wet ingredients add to cornmeal mix blend and fill prepared pan 2⁄3 c full bake 15 to 20 min.
