Ingredients:
2 lbs stew meat (beef), cubed
1 lb fresh bratwurst, cut into 1-inch chunks
2 lbs potatoes, cut into ½-inch pieces
2 medium stalk celery, cut into ½-inch pieces (about 1 cup)
1 lb baby carrots
1 bag frozen whole pearl onions
3 cups beef broth
2 tbs Worcestershire sauce
2 bay leaves
1 tsp salt
1 tbs Season-All
½ tsp black pepper
1 tsp marjoram leaves
1 tsp parsley flakes
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a large slow cooker; mix well.
Cover; cook on low for 8 – 10 hours
In a small bowl, combine 3 tbs cornstarch with 3 tbs cold water. Gradually stir into stew until blended; cover and cook until thickened, stirring occasionally.
