Pie Crust

Ingredients for 1 Crust:
1 1/3 Cup Flour
1/2 tsp. Salt
1 1/2 TBS. Sugar
1/2 Cup Shortening
1 TBS. Cold Water

Ingredients for 2 Crusts:
2 2/3 Cup Flour
1 tsp. Salt
3 TBS. Sugar
1 Cup 2TBS Shortening
7-8 TBS. Cold Water


Directions:
Cut flour, salt, sugar and shortening together until crumbly. Add water. Roll out. Bake 7 mins. @ 475
