Macaroni and Cheese

Ingredients:
4 Tb butter
2 ⅔ cup milk
¼ cup flour
1 tsp salt
pepper to taste
4 cups grated cheddar and parmesan cheese (3:1)
1 pkg pasta

Directions:
Cook pasta according to directions.  Make a roux with butter, milk, flour, and seasonings.  Remove from heat and add cheese slowly until melted and smooth.  Add to pasta.
