Ingredients:
1 lb. ground Pork Sausage
1 bag frozen diced potatoes (hashbrowns)
32 oz. chicken stock
½ bunch of kale, de-stemmed and torn into bite sized pieces
1 cup heavy cream
2 T flour
Salt and pepper to taste
Pinch of red pepper flakes
Directions:
- Brown sausage over medium heat
- Drain off grease and then add sausage to the bottom of crockpot
- Add bag of potatoes, cover with chicken stock and water, if necessary, to completely cover.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 5-6 hours, or HIGH for 3-4 hours.
- Whisk together heavy cream and flour until well mixed. Pour into crockpot and add kale. Stir to combine.
- Season to taste.
