Rolo Cookies

Ingredients:
1 cup sugar
1 cup butter
1 cup brown sugar
2 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
2 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
3/4 cup cocoa
48 Rolo candies
chopped fine walnuts
1 TBS sugar
4 oz white chocolate

Directions:
Combine sugar, butter, brown sugar, and mix well. Add vanilla and eggs; beat together. Then add remining flour, cocoa, and baking soda. Mix all together. Next, roll a TBS of dough around each Rolo. Dip the dough into the nut and sugar mixture on one side and place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 7-10min. When cooled run lines of melted white chocolate over cookies.
