Ingredients:
1 cup sugar
2/3 cup margarine
1 t. vanilla
2 eggs
2 t. baking powder
½ t. salt
2 cups flour
2/3 cup milk
Filling:
1 cup brown sugar
4 t. flour
4 t. cinnamon
3-6 Tbsp Margarine (for the top)
Directions:
Cream sugar and margarine. Add eggs and vanilla. Add dry ingredients and milk, alternately. Spread HALF the batter in greased 9 X 13 pan. Then ½ the filling. Spread the remainder of batter-it is a little tricky to spread but do the best you can—over the top layer. Sprinkle with the rest of filling. Pour 3 to 6 tablespoons melted margarine over top. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
