Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients:
1 lb mushrooms
1- 8 oz pkg. of cream cheese, softened
½ -1 cup grated cheese
1 tsp. Garlic
¾ cup bread or cracker crumbs
½ cup melted butter or margarine


Directions:
Wash mushrooms and remove stems and chop up the stems in tiny pieces.  Soften cream cheese and mix with cheese, garlic and cut up mushroom stems.  Line pan with mushrooms with the hole up.  Stuff each mushroom with the mixture.  Sprinkle with all the cracker crumbs and drizzle with the melted butter.  Bake for 10-15 minutes at 350º.
