Stuffed Mushrooms (sausage/cream cheese)

Ingredients:
  • 12 oz sausage
  • 2 lbs mushrooms
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • onion salt
  • bread crumbs
Directions:
Brown sausage. 
Add softened cream cheese & stir. 
Remove stems from mushrooms. 
Chop some stems and add to meat mixture.  
Add onion salt to taste. 
Fill mushrooms. 
Dip top in bread crumbs. 
Bake at 350 degrees for 25 mins.  Serve warm.
