Fajitas (steak or chicken)

Ingredients:
1 lb skirt steak or chicken breast cut cross grain in ¼ strips
2 Tbs. each of corn oil and lemon juice
1 tsp. each of garlic powder and seasoned salt
½ tsp each of ground oregano and pepper
1/8 tsp. liquid smoke
1 cup each of green pepper strips, thin onion wedges, thin tomato  wedges
½ cup chunky taco salsa
8 hot corn or flour tortillas

Guacamole:

3 large avocadoes, mashed
2 Tbsp. each mayonnaise and chunky taco salsa
½ tsp, each garlic powder and seasoned salt
