Sweet Potato Casserole

Ingredients:
3 C sweet potatoes (3-4 medium), cooked and smashed
1/2 C milk
1 tsp vanilla
1/3 C melted butter
2 Tbsp marshmallow cream
1/2 tsp salt
2 eggs

Cook sweet potatoes until tender, drain and smash.  In a bowl, mix other ingredients.  Add potatoes. Pour into 13X9 greased pan.

Topping:
1 C brown sugar
1/2 C flour
3/4 C pecans, chopped
3/4 C melted butter

Mix flour, brown sugar and pecans.  Sprinkle over sweet potato mixture.  Drizzle butter over dry ingredients.  Topping should be crunchy.
350 degrees for 30 minutes.

I have been making this for Thanksgiving for 10 years!  Everyone requests it after trying it!
