Parsley Carrots

Ingredients:
1 pound carrots
¼ cup water
1/8 tsp. salt
½ tsp sugar


Directions:
Steam until carrots are done—do not overcook or they are mushy.  While still hot add:
1 TB. Butter
1 TB  Parlsey
