Sugar Cookies - Sweet cakes

Ingredients:
1 cup butter
2 cups sugar
2 t. vanilla
3 eggs
5 cups flour  add milk as you add flour
4 T. milk
1 t. salt
1 T. baking soda


Frosting:  this will frost TWO batches of the cookie recipe
3 T butter
8 oz cream cheese
3 T milk  (at most ½ cup milk)
32 oz powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Mix cookie dough ingredients. Bake 350  8-10 min   Yield 40 medium size (3 inch cookies)
