Never Fail Pie Crust

Ingredients:
1 1/2 Cups Flour

1/2 tsp Salt

1 tsp Baking Powder

1/2 Cup shortening
1/4 Cup Water


Directions:

Put shortening and water in a sauce pan and heat until shortening is melted.
 Sift all dry ingredients together while shortening is melting.
 Then add dry ingredients to liquid and mix with large spoon.
 Place a little more than half of dough on a sheet of waxed paper.
 Place 2nd sheet of waxed paper over dough and roll with rolling pin.
Pull top sheet off and place pie tin upside down on rolled dough.
 Place hand under bottom sheet and turn pan and dough right side up and
 Voila! you have the bottom crust in the pie tin ready for filling.
 Roll balance of dough for top crust the same way and flip the
 top crust onto the filled pie tin and pop into oven.
