Jello Pretzel Salad

Ingredients:
2 C pretzels
3 T sugar
3/4 C melted butter
pkg cream cheese
8 oz Cool Whip
2 (3 oz) raspberry jello 
pkg frozen raspberries
1 C sugar

Directions: Layer pretzels on bottom of 13X9 pan.  Melt butter and 3 Tbsp sugar and pour over pretzels.  Bake 8 min at 400 degrees.  Cool completely.  Mix cream cheese and sugar and fold in cool whip.  Spread over pretzel mixture.  Mix jello and 2 C boiling water.  Add frozen raspberries and stir until dissolved. Sit in refrigerator for 10 min.  Pour over cream cheese layer.  Refrigerate until ready to serve.

My friend originally made this for us for Christmas Eve dinner but everyone loves it so we have it year round.
